The Venue
Opened in 1882, Randwick Town Hall at 90 Avoca St is a heritage-listed Victorian Italianate building and the venue for our debut season.
Up the road from Wylie’s Baths in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs it is the ideal space for our shows. Wylie’s Baths was established in 1907 by Henry Alexander Wylie, a champion long distance, and underwater swimmer and the father of Wilhelmina (Mina) Wylie one of our Dangerous When Wetstars.
Is the show suitable for children?
Dangerous When Wet is funny, musical, and celebratory. It lasts about 2 hours, including an interval, so we think it’s suitable for all ages from 6 to 106!
How long will the show be?
Dangerous When Wet lasts approximately 2 h0urs, including an interval.
Will there be food and drinks for sale?
Is there are party night for local swimming clubs?
In June 2025, after a one-week takeover of Randwick Town Hall, an audience was introduced to the Dangerous When Wet concept and songs.
